Competitive Anxiety Management

  • 7 Steps

About

Every athlete experiences pre-competition anxiety. The ones who perform most consistently under pressure aren't the ones who feel less of it — they're the ones who know what to do when it arrives. Competitive Anxiety Management is a five-module sport psychology program designed for athletes at every level who want to build a more reliable, practiced response to the anxiety that shows up before and during competition — the racing heart, the what-if spiral, the moment mid-competition when everything tightens at once. This program includes approximately 3-4 hours of self-paced content spread across five modules — designed to be worked through over days or weeks. Across five modules, you'll explore the science of why anxiety feels the way it does and why some of it is actually working in your favor. You'll map your personal anxiety profile — when it builds, what triggers it, and which cognitive patterns amplify it — and build a toolkit of evidence-based regulation skills designed to work under real competitive pressure. Including a pre-competition routine that becomes more automatic the more you use it. Each module includes a written lesson, interactive activities, and a downloadable workbook — everything you need to do the work, not just read about it. Lifetime access
