About
Most athletes understand confidence when they have it — that feeling of walking into competition trusting themselves, their preparation, and their ability to handle whatever comes. What's harder to understand is where it goes when it disappears, and how to get it back when results aren't supporting it. Confidence & Self-Belief is a five-module sport psychology program for athletes at every level who want to build a more stable, self-sourced relationship with their own belief — one that doesn't rise and fall entirely with recent results, outside approval, or how warm-up went. Across five modules, you'll explore where confidence actually comes from and why it's so fragile under pressure, audit your personal confidence profile and the thought patterns that undermine it most, and build an evidence bank of real performance proof that holds up even when things aren't going your way — including the Quick PIC framework for interrupting self-doubt in the moment it arrives. Each module includes a written lesson, interactive activities, and a downloadable workbook — everything you need to do the work, not just read about it. This program includes approximately 3-4 hours of self-paced content spread across five modules — designed to be worked through over days or weeks, not all at once.
