At the heart of this course is the Quick PIC framework: Pause – create space between reaction and response Identify – notice what is happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body Choose – use a strategy to reset, refocus, and move forward with intention Through short lessons, practical tools, reflection prompts, and downloadable resources, you’ll learn how to: - respond more effectively after mistakes - manage frustration, pressure, and self-doubt - increase focus and emotional control - build greater self-awareness in performance moments - create a personal reset plan you can use again and again This program is designed to be approachable, useful, and easy to apply right away.
